13. Miscellaneous:

B. Each affiliate of the Website is severally liable for its own obligations under this Policy and is not jointly liable for the obligations of other affiliates of the Website. In addition, each affiliate of the Website is solely responsible with respect to its exercise of its rights and compliance with its obligations in connection with the territory or territories for which it is responsible, as determined by the Website in its sole discretion.
