I acknowledge and agree that any Submitted Materials are unsolicited, voluntary, and submitted on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis, and shall not create any obligation of confidentiality, fiduciary duty, review, consideration, response, acceptance, compensation, engagement, employment, partnership, agency, investment, commissioning, or any other legal relationship, obligation, or expectation on the part of Sikhya. I further acknowledge that Sikhya shall have no obligation to review, consider, evaluate, respond to, preserve, retain, return, develop, finance, produce, commission, exploit, or otherwise act upon any Submitted Materials, and any acknowledgement (whether automated or otherwise) shall not constitute acceptance, endorsement, interest, approval, or an agreement to proceed.
I further acknowledge and agree that Sikhya, its affiliates, group entities, successors, assigns, directors, officers, employees, representatives, promoters, shareholders, partners, licensees, and designees may independently create, develop, acquire, finance, commission, evaluate, produce, distribute, exhibit, advertise, market, license, exploit, or otherwise use content, stories, concepts, formats, characters, scripts, audiovisual works, ideas, projects, or other materials that may be similar or identical to any Submitted Materials submitted by me, and no claim, entitlement, or cause of action shall arise solely on account of any alleged similarity.
I acknowledge that I shall not be entitled to any payment, compensation, credit, reimbursement, royalty, ownership interest, employment opportunity, engagement, or other benefit arising from Sikhya’sreceipt, review, evaluation, consideration, rejection, retention, or non-use of any Submitted Materials unless expressly agreed under a separate written agreement executed by authorised representatives of Sikhya. I further acknowledge and consent that Sikhya may use internal systems, software, automated tools, service providers, and technologies (including artificial intelligence and generative AI tools) for the purpose of receiving, storing, screening, processing, organising, analysing, reviewing, evaluating, administering, moderating, retaining, transferring, or otherwise handling Submitted Materials, and that such use shall not alter the voluntary, non-confidential, and non-proprietary nature of the Submitted Materials.
I represent and warrant that the Submitted Materials are original to me or otherwise lawfully submitted with all necessary permissions and consents, do not infringe or violate any intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, contractual, moral, proprietary, or other third-party rights, and do not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise actionable material. I understand that I should not submit any material that I consider confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, or restricted unless separately agreed in writing.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sikhya, its affiliates, group entities, directors, officers, employees, representatives, promoters, shareholders, successors, assigns, partners, agents, and licensees from and against any claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or proceedings (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to the Submitted Materials or any breach of the foregoing representations, warranties, undertakings, or obligations.
I further consent to Sikhya collecting, using, storing, processing, retaining, transferring, and internally sharing my personal data and Submitted Materials for the purpose of receiving, reviewing, evaluating, responding to, administering, moderating, processing, or otherwise dealing with my enquiry, request, profile, application, employment enquiry, business proposal, or Submitted Materials in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and Terms of Use. Sikhyareserves the right, but not the obligation, to refuse, remove, reject, archive, delete, or cease consideration of any Submitted Materials at any time and for any reason.
